Relationships are hard. We make them make sense.
Wherever you are in love, loss, or starting over- we’re with you.
Dr. Elana Hoffman is a Clinical Psychologist who helps people navigate relationships at every stage. Adults of dysfunctional upbringings, divorce, dating, parenting, neurodiversity, and everything in between. Real insight, no jargon.
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do- and they are rarely simple. Whether you are navigating the emotional weight of divorce, rebuilding after a major life transition, trying to date again, raising a family on your own terms, working through the intimate parts of relationships that don’t get talked about enough, or figuring out how neurodiversity shapes the way you love and connect— we’re here for all of it. Dr. Elana Hoffman and her team of coaches take a warm, direct, and evidence-based approach to helping you understand your patterns, rebuild your confidence, and create relationships that actually feel good to be in.

ELANA
I’m Elana Hoffman
Clinical Psychologist • Relationship Expert
I’m Elana, a licensed clinical psychologist serving clients across DC, Maryland, and all PSYPACT states via telehealth. I also offer coaching for clients worldwide.
My background spans addiction, trauma, mood disorders, personality dynamics, and relationship health—shaped through clinical training at the University of Maryland, the VA San Diego, and the Washington DC VA Medical Center. My work is grounded in DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based modalities, but guided by a warm, practical, and deeply human approach.
I specialize in supporting adults healing from difficult childhoods, navigating complex relationship issues, and rebuilding after life transitions—including divorce, infidelity, and separation.
So, Your Wife Left You…Now What?

Divorce is still often seen as a failure, but it’s not! It’s an opportunity for hindsight and reflection, to learn from the marriage (and other previous experiences), and to take all that knowledge and move forward in order to live a rewarding and valued life.
