Finally understand yourself. Finally have the relationships you deserve.
Whether you are navigating divorce, discovering how your brain shapes your relationships, or finally making sense of the family you grew up in — you’ve found the right place.
Dr. Elana Hoffman is a Clinical Psychologist who helps people navigate relationships at every stage. Adults of dysfunctional upbringings, divorce, dating, parenting, neurodiversity, and everything in between. Real insight, no jargon.
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do- and they are rarely simple. Whether you are navigating the emotional weight of divorce, rebuilding after a major life transition, trying to date again, raising a family on your own terms, working through the intimate parts of relationships that don’t get talked about enough, or figuring out how neurodiversity shapes the way you love and connect— we’re here for all of it. Dr. Elana Hoffman and her team of coaches take a warm, direct, and evidence-based approach to helping you understand your patterns, rebuild your confidence, and create relationships that actually feel good to be in.

I’m Dr. Elana Hoffman
Clinical Psychologist • Divorce Specialist• Author
Relationships are complicated. And if you’ve ever felt like you’re repeating the same patterns, navigating a painful ending, figuring out how to date again, or trying to hold your family together in a way that actually works — you already know that the hard part isn’t usually what to do. It’s understanding why you do what you do, and finding a better way forward.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist serving clients in all PSYPACT states via telehealth with a focus on relationships at every stage. I work with people navigating divorce, dating after major life transitions, and the unique challenges of parenting — including co-parenting, solo parenting, and raising neurodivergent kids. I also write and speak about what makes relationships work (and what quietly breaks them down), because good psychological insight shouldn’t stay in the therapy room.
My approach is direct, warm, and grounded in real research — not platitudes. I believe most relationship struggles aren’t about not loving enough. They’re about patterns we learned long before we knew we were learning them. And those patterns can change.
If you’re in a season of transition, rebuilding, or just trying to do relationships better — you’re in the right place.

Divorce is still often seen as a failure, but it’s not! It’s an opportunity for hindsight and reflection, to learn from the marriage (and other previous experiences), and to take all that knowledge and move forward in order to live a rewarding and valued life.
